JEH Homes provides all homeowners' with a Custom Designed USB Key at closing which includes links to Quality Builders Warranty, Maintenance Tips, Important Phone Numbers, Customer Service Procedures, as well as additional helpful information. We also provide all new Homeowners with Your New Home and How to Take Care of It Booklet. This invaluable booklet provides home buyers with pages and pages of tips on maintenance to help keep their new home performing at its peak. In the back, there are checklists on which to note maintenance dates and remarks. This booklet is a great place to keep important information about your new home, appliances, the builder, and subcontractors at your fingertips.

JEH Homes also offers an 11 Month Checkup to answer any questions that you may have regarding your new home and to review and correct any warrantable items that have arisen. Please refer to the Quality Builders Limited Agreement for details on warranty standards and coverage. QBW Sample Warranty

JEH Homes provides all homeowners with a limited one year warranty. Adding to our new Homeowners peace-of-mind, we also provide a two year system and a ten year structural warranty through Quality Builders Warranty Corporation backed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you have an emergency condition with your home that presents an imminent danger of harm to persons or damage to property, you should contact emergency service personnel (e.g., fire department) or the relevant utility provider (e.g., gas company, electric company, etc.) as appropriate. At any time during the JEH Homes Warranty period, should you experience an emergency situation (as defined in the QBW Limited Warranty Agreement), please refer to the list of plumbing, heating, and electrical contractors that was provided to you at closing. For additional convenience we have ataached this list to the inside of your electric panel. Should the emergency not involve these types of contractors, please call JEH Homes Warranty during normal business hours Monday through Friday at 770-945-3600. After normal business hours, on a weekend or holiday, please call 678-382-7087.
