I recently purchased a JEH home in Stonehaven Pointe and was more than pleasantly surprised with how quickly and seamlessly everything went. Being a first time homeowner who had recently gone through a nightmarish process in trying to purchase a previous home, this experience was a breath of fresh air. The home we chose was perfect for us. Denine was a big help in getting things started and finished for us. She aided in making us feel confident that we were making a wise decision. On the back end, John was awesome in answering questions about the home and taking care of the finishing touches before we moved in. His attention to detail and willingness to get everything right while explaining what was being done was very much appreciated. I wanted to take the time to tell you of the great experience I had during my purchase process with JEH and working with Michael. I have recently purchased a new Townhouse in the Rosewood community and I must tell you that as a first time buyer, Michael made my process very pleasant. I received assistance and advice on a variety of issues ranging from getting a professional certified inspector, contacts to Forsyth County Utilities, scheduling walks after the inspections and over-all answering all my questions and concerns. Every single one of my family members is touched and is very appreciative for extending such big help. With school opening back up and some parts of Haiti slowly recuperating, many of our family members have gone back home. Our family size has reduced to 4 members. To provide some support back home, my husband I will be working on sending resources to some of the orphans in the streets of Port-au-Prince. We will keep you informed on this initiative. JEH as a whole seems extremely organized and in control. That confidence makes a WORLD of difference to a buyer. The folks over at Suntrust were awesome, too! Glenda, Beth and John were all super responsive, practically any hour of the day or night!
